A Different Take on STEM Equity

A bit more of a glass half full perspective on women gaining equity in STEM/STEAM fields based on degrees earned  The argument here is that women are achieving degree equity in most of the fields but are legitimately underrepresented in only Computer Science and Engineering.

Worth a read and a think about how we establish perceptions of equity in a field and how different metrics move the goalposts.
